Fortieth Birthday Party at Seaside Villa

How amazing can a 40th birthday party be? We say, the sky is the limit and why not make it so insanely fabulous that your friends all beg you to throw a 45th! This party was a wonderful gift of love thrown by a gorgeous LA woman for her husband and 36 of their very lucky friends! The weekend started off with an elegant cocktail party at Tydes at the Coral Casino in the glass enclosed atrium, replete with an all white lounge, masses of white orchids and hydrangea and dozens of floating candles in footed crystal vases. The following evening, was a truly epic dinner party at one of Montecito's most beautiful oceanfront estates, a newly built home where we were blessed to plan the first party ever at that venue. The dinner was served Russian style after an amazing cocktail hour with tray after tray of Moscow Mules served, along with a wonderful selection of wines paired to perfection with the hors d'oeuvres and dinner. Afterward, a massive berry tart was served, followed by hours of dancing to a curated selection of 80's music that lasted until late into the night. The dance floor was packed from the moment dinner was over until the party ended. This was absolutely the best dance party that we have ever seen! There are few things that we enjoy planning more than over-the-top birthday bashes like this one!
